Moving and Point Violation Representation

Representation in the court of original jurisdiction when receiving a citation for a moving violation.

25% discount from the attorney's standard rate for transportation related matters. Member and member's spouse.

Preferred Member Discount: 25% discount from the Provider Law Firm's standard hourly rate. $50 handling fee for each separate legal matter.

Eligibility and Exclusions

Benefits are available on the eleventh (10th) day after the date of enrollment. Any fines, court costs, penalties, expert witness fees, bonds, bail bonds, and any out-of-pocket expenses are excluded.

Also excluded are acts or omissions performed in the commission of any crime under any municipal, state, or federal statute, except as otherwise specifically provided for and covered within the contract.
